Does anyone know if they actually brought this out in region 2 ? Yeah, they did - in Spain! En Una Tierra Salvaje - Region 2 and with an English or Spanish soundtrack. It comes up on ebay occasionally. Thanks GE2. I'll keep a look out for that one.

Ok time for another one. Oh how ironic, this weeks pick - my favourite movie ever (not !) the Legend of Zorro. This also happens to be the last dvd I bought. I know, I know - but I wanted the extras So thank heaven's for Judy's get together this weekend. I will look at the extras though. I may even Roof it too ! Is she slagging off my movie again ?

LOZWhen this came out first, I was a bit derogatory about it in spite of our darling being in it. However, I did buy the dvd and watched it and thought it wasn't quite as bad as I thought. A few weeks ago I watched it on one of my Wed night Rufus Nights and I thought it was quite good!! Do you think that Rufus DVDs improve from sitting on the shelf ? OR Am I suffering from brain damage due to escalating Rufusitis?

Nell, just keep an eye out for those braces that he's wearing under his waistcoat & jacket in the final scenes. Of course, you'll have to look VERY carefully because there is only the slightest little glimpse of them. You will get to fondle those braces on Saturday.

I'm looking forward to a bit of a fondle tomorrow ! I trust you're bring the bloke that wore them in the movie to model them ?

Nell (reply 253), I bought one of the region 1 I.A.S.L.dvd's, as they were so cheap, on Amazon. I will be getting a region free player shortly. Life is too short not to see as many Rufus films as possible! Thanks for thinking of me. K.M.K......I didn't know that! Thank you.

I did that and have thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the region 1 dvd's starring our hero. IASL is a wonderful film. I have watched it 4 times now and as with most of Rufus' films they get better and better and you find you get more out of them the more you see them. His facial expressions and mannerisms are wonderful! He is just so awesome!! As we all agree!!

My new dvd arrived in the post on Thursday and I watched it last night just to make sure it didn't have a different ending ;D It's a bit better picture wise. Still not perfect, maybe it's the different format. (or my rubbish player) I'll keep a look out for the region 2 dvd. Woodlanders can be picked up quite cheaply in region 1 too. It tends to be extortionate in region 2 for some reason.
