It's not one of my favourites Sam but I'm pleased I bought it. It's presented in a humourous way. Rufus performance as the frustrated actor and would be lover is great as always. I loved the ending too. It's a bit all over the place and wacky at times though and a bit over the top - I had to watch it twice to follow it properly. I will watch it again. I'd say it's not in the same league as TOTS but Rufus has some good one liners.

Oh thank you for the info Nell. I'll think I buy it. My Rufus Collection will become bigger and bigger...gosh ;-) sadly, here in Switzerland the DVD-Stores don't have a lot of Rufus-DVD's, so if you find one you have to be very quick, otherwise you will never find it again. It happend with Dark City. Gosh, I'm so frustrated. Maybe I must go to England again to attack a DVD-Store in London...haha! Now, I'm gonna crazy...oops! :-D

Sam - you might be surprised by the lack of them over here. I get most of mine from amazon.co.uk although some are from play.com I picked a random one up at a carboot sale a couple of weeks ago. I have resorted to converting an old dvd player and getting region 1 dvd's from Canada and the US. I even had to dig out an old video recorder and dust it off for a couple of video's I bought. Unfortunately the tv doesn't have enough scart sockets for all the equipment and I have to resort to lying on the floor swaping scart leads between video and dvd player. Oh and because I'd tidied up the cables the video player is sat on a pile of brochures as the cable wouldn't reach otherwise. (hubby thinks I'm bonkers ;D)

Oh really? Jesus, they all don't know how great Rufus is, what a shame. I just watched "Martha meets Frank, Daniel and Laurence". I couldn't stop laughing about Rufus. He's sooo funny in this film... :-D
If I had been Martha I would have chosen Frank. I now he's scruffy, but he's got something....I now...the hair...haha...what a surprise ;-)
So, I got to go. At 10 p.m. they show "Eleventh Hour", it's a repetition (can I say that?), but I can't get enough of Jacob Hood and Rachel Young... ;-)
Yeah, I now that problem. You have to be very carefull. I always found it stupid, I mean the region 1,2,3 whatever it is...but what can we do?

Thank you two! Yes, I really enjoy this forum. It's the best site to get the latest Rufus-News. After my Avatar problem I'm very happy with this one. Actually I wanted Rufus as Agamemnon for my Avatar, but I couldn't stop looking at this one... ;-) Rufus:"Oh common Sam, stop it!" Me:"How can I if you look at me like that?" (I hope you can see the pic! :-D)

haha...the same happens to me all the time I look at this pic. He's look is so mesmerizing you can't look away. Here's another, I call it "the typical Rufus look!"... ...and what about this one? Who can resist that smile? I can't... ;-)

I guess I can't go on "empty". I'll kick hubby of the computer tonight and give it a try. If it doesn't work after swearing at it, threatening to kick it, ... I'll pm you (you can expect a pm full of ***'s)

Hey there Sam - i just realised that i haven't said hello!!! Very pleased to have another Martin Ricardo fan on board - we are few and far between unfortunately!!! (Just me and nell i think - everyone else thinks he crazy, but we know he's just a very cheeky lad ) Aaaah, yes. One by one they're all coming around to me. I'll give that pillock Petruchio a run for his money one day.........And my favourite Jacob look is this one: He bites his bottom lip like that at all sorts of, um, times.........
