Hey Peach!
No, you don't have to sign in on that website. Did you see the article with Judi Dench's picture? Just to the right of that is a box titled "Your Favorite British Gent". You just click on the button next to Roof's name and click on the button at the bottom to submit your vote.

On the right column, just under the counter of how many visitors there were, you can vote
