I do prefer the clean shaven look on Rufus, but he does look great with stubble. Beard..ok..but only for a role. Not a fan of The Stache. Would complain loudly if Mr Ky tried to grow one! If Mr Sewell and Mr Numbat are participating in Movember...at least its a good cause, but (laughs) thats easy for me to say!

Geez, am I the only one here who has a hubby with a stash who DOESN'T hate it? I've gotten so used to it I think I'd freak out if he shaved.
But Rufus with a stash?? No, it doesn't suit him. Being dark, his stubble shows up quickly - so yeah, maybe he does need to shave more than once a day. But he does look adorable with the stubble. What do I mean??? He looks adorable all the time.

I don't hate my husbands 'stache. He looks like the Brawny man, and the Brawny man would look stupid without his moustache. Rufus having one is another matter, however if he grows one and all you girls abandon him over it, I will be more than happy to comfort him in your absense.  |

I'm hoping it's the 5 o'clock shadow thing too - after all he was up late at the red carpet do and then at breakfast the following morning. Trouble is, Nell, he was on German breakfast TV the morning of the red carpet do, not the day after. Maybe he got a very early morning flight from London to Berlin.......or blunt razor......... or no mirror......?  Rufus having one is another matter, however if he grows one and all you girls abandon him over it, I will be more than happy to comfort him in your absense. I think you might have to join the queue! ;D As for Rufus stubble....  |

I saw that too rueful. This would have bee one of the people at the Berlin TPOTE red carpet getting in germanlady's way when she was trying to get an actual autograph - for herself.
The only consolation is that it's really not much of an autograph - obviously Rufus can spot people like these and just gives them a quick scrawl rather than a proper signature.
On a completely different matter, this thread reminded me about the Movember speculation. I guess that those lucky girls who will be meeting him tomorrow will be able to tell if he's cultivating some face art or not.
And i have to report that Mr N is sporting an authentically styled Agamemnon at the moment.
If i squint i can just about imagine that he's really Aggie!!!

Some great finds there GE2. I see my theory on the stubble went out the window. Never mind. I can confirm after an in depth analysis of my screen saver pics - quite a few have Rufus with a slightly bolder looking stubble on his upper lip. I therefore conclude we can sit back and relax in the knowledge that he's not growing a tashe. Of course I'll try to get a better look on Monday. Did someone say tomorrow  Please don't panic me like that. Can you even imagine turning up 3 days late  Rueful I saw some of those signed photo's being sold on Ebay. I don't wish to be mean but I hope nobody bothered to buy them. Events like that are for fans and not profiteers IMHO ! |
