Hi - couldnt find this one lurking already and thought it may be an interesting one, as many of us myself included have only so far caught up with Rufus and his acting talent through the tele and then catching up on DVDs. With the Tourist approaching I suspect many more of us will soon change our vote !

Gosh. I have only seen him on TV. Gonna remedy that this December with The Tourist, though!

Started with EH on tv...then every dvd or magazine I could get my hands on. Looking forward to the big screen and would love to see him on stage. Might as well go-for-it and say that I hope to meet him someday...very doubtful though. Well... he may do a movie about a horse someday!

Only watched him on DVD (and Youtube). Hope to see him on TV one day (fingers crossed for Aurelio Zen) and on big screen (not sure I'll go and see The Tourist: no fan of Angelina Jolie and I don't know if his part lasts longer than 5 minutes ... if you see it, let us know if it's worth the while). What I would also like is: a big poster to hang on my bedroom wall ;D

I saw on the big screen Dark City, A Knight's Tale, The Legend of Zorro and The Illusionist and The Holiday. Others in the TV and DVD. Much wish to see him on stage. Veerke and it´s a big problem? ;D

My experience is also the same as Kygal and Germanlady--Eleventh Hour and then complete obsession! But I'm looking forward to December. (Hope we can all handle big-screen Rufus!) What I would also like is: a big poster to hang on my bedroom wall ;D Maybe if you're a good little girl, Santa Claus (St Nicholas?) will bring you a poster for Christmas.

I'm always a good girl BOth Santa Claus and St Nicholas can bring me one: one for the bedroom (might have some trouble convincing Hubby) and one for the affice at work.

Of course germanlady, (sorry for all of you who have heard this before) I had just been to see Rock n Roll in London with my friend and we were stood near the backstage door. One of the actors came out (not Rufus ) and I said what a shame it wasn't Rufus (not expecting to see him) when suddenly there he was. I couldn't believe my eyes I was just going to tell my friend to come with me so she could take a picture on her phone when her phone rang (I told her to ignore it but she didn't ) so I went on my own. I touched his arm as he walked past and asked if I could take his photo. He looked at me smiled and then said okay but could i be quick because he was in a rush. as i took the photo with my phone I apologised for keeping him and he said no don't be and that he wished he could talk for longer. He asked me if I enjoyed the play (I'd finished taking the picture but he still stood there)Alice Eve was stood in the background and she reminded him that they were in a rush. He looked at his watch and grinned at me and said "I'm going to be in trouble now" then he winked and said bye before running across the road. It all feels like distant dream now but funnily I can still remember everything he said
