I have been trying to PM Dippy and keep getting error, no such account...
I have tried putting Dippyponge and dippyponge. I have checked with members list.
Can someone please help ?
Or will dippy please PM me so I can PM back to her.

Hi, Frannie. I once had that problem myself. If you look at her profile page, it says "dippyponge," but then in parentheses it says "User name: dppyponge" without the letter "i". I don't know why that's the case. I'm sorry to say I don't remember if this worked, because it was a while ago, but you could try sending it without the "i".

I just dug out an old pm from dippy, when I clicked on reply it came up without the i. She got my reply at the time so Rueful's suggestion should work.
