Found this link whilst searching the web, it is a charity auction to win 2 Tickets and After Party Passes to the World Premiere of The Tourist, however, the current bid is $3,500, so if you have some spare cash you may just want to bid for it! df08.charitybuzz.com/catalog_items/250200

Never been to one of these. It's near my job and will go. If the time is 6:15 does that mean they don't arrive until then? Any help would be appreciated.

You should call the Ziegfield to verify exactly what the 6:15 PM refers to so you'll know when to arrive for the red carpet.
I had clients at the "Country Strong" film premiere in Nashville on Nov 7 for the red carpet & screening. Arrivals of various celebrities involved with the film and soundtrack, as well as special guests did the red carpet between 5 and 6:15. Between 6:15 - 6:45 pm the film leads--Gwyneth Paltrow, Tim McGraw, Leighton Meester, as well director, producers, writers, etc. arrived. The premiere began at 7 PM.

Wish I could afford a trip to NY period--better yet to see the premiere. Maybe if Rufus will be stateside for other business he will try to make it. I really hope so for you NY gals. By next spring (if my old car doesn't crap out totally & I have to get a new one) I may be able to swing a trip to NYC. (Ruf Luver looks skyward with a prayer for another Broadway play for Rufus)

We should be hearing something definite about this pretty soon, I would think. jloves11hr, are you still planning on going, if Rufus is there? I'd love to come but too many bills this month, plus Christmas.
