Sorry guys I'm unable to youtube the BBC interview. I set my recorder to ITV and went off to work. I was slightly p**sed at my lovely long recording of Daybreak ! (Actually that's an understatement - the words bear and sore head spring to mind !)
To add insult to injury my friend texted me to say Roof was going to be on Breakfast and I only picked up the message 45 minutes too late. Ho hum !!!!

What a delight then that GE2 transcribed the interview and then we got to see at least a bit of it on-line - thanks GE2 and didn't he look amazing

Hubby saved the day too as he recorded the interview on BBC Radio 5 for me and set it up ready to watch on my return home. Perhaps it was due to spending an hour with me crying into my drink at lunchtime and my tirade of expletives at actually deleting the recording set for BBC breakfast and setting ITsoddingV to record.

But what a great interview. Shame about the Rupert slip - Peter Williams was doing quite well until that point
It's great to hear he flies back to London every 3 weeks for a week to spend time with Billy. He spent Christmas with him too and he's still kipping on his friends couch. I may just be changing my skin care range to clinique too - Roof's certainly looking good on it ;D

Nell, don't you think there's a chance he'll be on Daybreak tomorrow instead? I'm going to check, just in case.

You obviously had a premonition re which channel he'd be on today. The moral of the tale is always go with your gut instinct!!!

It's strange - I don't even recall setting Breakfast to record - cue twilight hour music ! I may just set both to record tomorrow to be on the safe side ! Where did you hear about Daybreak from GE2 is there any way of checking ?

Don't think there's any point recording BBC tomorrow - he won't appear two days running.

Well, Rufus wasn't on Daybreak after 8 this morning - only watched it from then (forgot to set the alarm to get up any earlier!), so if he was on before then, hopefully Nell's got it recorded.

Maybe, though, as Nell said to me in a PM, locatetv just got the channel wrong yesterday.

Francesca, I used a program called WM recorder to download the radio interview. It's not a free program, but I got it through a torrent site.

Just about to listen to the radio interview. Trying to locate the beginning of the Rufus section, I forwarded too far and heard his lovely little chuckle. That always makes me laugh, no matter what mood I'm in.
