Pillars on DVD and Blu-ray - Question

At home I have the special edition of "Pillars" with 400 min. movie and many, many extras (5 DVDs altogether).... 
A friend of mine has given me his Blu-Ray of "Pillars" with NO Extras, but 416 min. movie... (2 Blu-Ray)
Can anyone tell me, where are the 16 min. different
Am I blind
I didn't see it.. and I know the movie by heart... like almost all of Roof's movies....
