2011 Birthday Card Project

Thanks for the link Stama, it would have taken me ages to find. Here's the photo ladies. Just look at that lovely smile (I couldn't stop beaming either!)



It's not one of hubbies. But one I stole from one of us.

Regarding this years card. Please can everyone do a hard copy message on a piece of card any colour, maximum size 15cm by 10cm and I will tell you my address (via pm obviously) at the end of this month so you can post it to me. If you want to pm a copy to me to have a look you are most welcome, but you don't have to. I am short of time this month but plan to start putting the card together in July.

Some of you have started sending your photo to Stama too for the heart montage. This is excellent, keep them coming. PM or email to Stama please.

Chocolate - thank you for you kind offer. I know where to come if I get stuck. I think we've settled on a heart shape for the montage. I've had quite a few conversations around this and the heart shape seems to be the most popular design. It seems a nice shape to fit one side of the card - front or back and Stama will make a beautiful job of this as always .

Glad to have all of your support on this ladies. If anyone has any queries please don't hesitate to pm me. My bark is worse than my bite - honestly !

Nell, how did your knees not buckle when you saw that gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous man standing there waiting for you to reappear?! Cor, that look in his eyes!!! I'd would have fainted dead on the floor!

They very nearly did megagem. I just stood there looking gormless and hubby had to prompt me that I had something for Rufus to sign .

Such a lovely husband he must be.....mine gave me a hard time recently when he discovered the rooftop after I accidentally left it open. (Like he really has something to be jealous about.....even if Roof moved in next door, for cryin' out loud....)

If Rufus moves next door, I'll invite everybody here over (and also to celebrate my getting home from the hospital, because I'm sure I'd have a heart attack, or a stroke, maybe both...)

My hubs is just weird sometimes...I mean it's flattering that he figures if he loves me, other men would love me, too...I get tired of trying to work Rufus movies in so that he won't notice (which there's no chance of now, so I guess he'll just have to put up with it! LOL) I don't know what he thinks I'm gonna do, fly out to LA and throw myself at his feet? (Besides, I tried that in November but Rufus wasn't home, so I came back to Indiana...)

I thought I could sneak in Rufus movies as well, and thought I got away with it, even when I made my husband watch them with me. One day I chose a non-Rufus movie, and he said: "Is that Rufus-man not in this one, then?". Oops .
