Good to hear that!
I hope the Germans get going soon, too.

I hope if Zen is shown in Germany and Holland it will bring popular appeal. I am dismayed to hear that it didn't do to well in the ratings in Australia. And I might add, very surprised, but I don't think that just three episodes of something so fresh and different to the market, it is given a fair chance for enough people to get used to!

The Dutch broadcasting company KRO is very active in the detective department. Maybe they'll ask for more Zen as well. I'll keep my fingers crossed (and might just write them in June).

Thanks for the reminder, but I'm afraid I live too far in the south to receive a Dutch program.....will take the dvd instead....

Ha! My e-mailing earlier this year has paid off then. The KRO does an amazing job with thrillers. I might watch it again... after all, it is Rufus...

Oh, lucky you to have his original voice on TV.
I guess the reason why the Germans are taking so long is that they still haven't finished a God-awful synchronisation ...

I can't stand synchronisation, but I think our country is one of the few that use subtitles most of the time (except for some children's programs).
I found the subtitles somewhat distracting, though - I prefer the original version. And there was no pic in my tv guide, just a very short description. I should have the tv guide from KRO, that broadcasted Zen...

Words travel by word of mouth!! Thanks everyone!!! I had not thought that you don't hear his proper voice!! How disappointing having to have it dubbed.

PGG, they cannot have plans without knowing the plans of Left Bank Pictures . But they answered to your email, how cool is that! Mark my words, Left Bank are holding Zen tide and will make some more later in a year or so. And than Rufus will be the exact age as Aurelio. I hope, you see...

choc, the ZDF was one of the co-financers of Zen, so one should think they would want to show the series some time. Grrr.
