Hi! I registered yesterday, but was reading your posts for a while now. Decided to join the community  and share some thoughts as well. I have being a fan of Rufus Sewell for quite a long time. It all started after watching "Dangerous Beauty" several years back. Now after "ZEN" it all became inevitable that my interest would escalate. And after some googling around I came across your message board. Hope to have a lot of fun time and many exciting news to share with you! ;D |

hello and WELCOME to Rooftop and the girlies...  enjoy this fantastic "crazy" fansite and THINK... THX GOD - NO CURE AGAINST RUFUSITIS... ..  My Rufusites and Rufanatics started with "Dangerous Beauty" 1999 in german TV... and fallen in love to Rufus -  I love all of Rufus' movies - especially as :-*Petruchio (TOTS), Tom (TPOTE), Agamemnon (Helen Of Try), Billy( Gone To Seed), Aurelio Zen, Charles, Marco (Dangerous Beauty), Jacob (Eleventh Hour), Ian (Extreme Oops) and Giles (Woodlanders) ... and I have almost all of his movies. Hello Chocolate  I have been a Fan of the gorgeous Rufus for sometime. Going back to 21 with Patsy Kensit, as drug addicted Bobby (My boyfriend at the time had a thing for Patsy) and have been hooked ever since. I have loved him as Will, in Middlemarch, Mick, In a Savage Land, over sexed Seth, Cold Comfort Farm, and playing one of my favourite artist Mark Gertler in Carrington. Of course I have to mention Charles II and my favourite, The Taming of the Shrew, Dominique in Iluminata,Lord Marke, Tom Builder and with the brilliant Aurelio Zen. I have been in love with Will in Middlemarch through to in lust with Petruchio and with everyone else in between. including all the baddies Eric , Aggie, Leopold , Armand.
Join in,and have fun.
BTW Wed night M(o)B goes out and I have my night in with a Roofie DVD, a glass of wine and some chocolate!! so tomorrow night I will look at Roofie and raise my glass to Chocolate, our newest member

 ! I was happy to join, but you really surprised me with your welcome! I need some time to read most of your posts before writing anything. As for the movies- I officially bought my first DVD from outside of Bulgaria, and it was ZEN. I ordered also Charles II, Midllemarch and Dangerous Beauty. The last one I have and have seen number of times, but the quality of that copy is horrible, so decided to make a gift for myself for this year's BD. I have seen almost everything with R.S. that is available somewhere online- on youtube or in our sites here. The more I watch all the characters that Rufus Sewell plays the more I like/love him. I am sure I will like it in here a lot. My screen name is the same in many forums and I really love it, also it corresponds to my passion to eat that deliciousness. Btw your English is brilliant. I love the name too. I have a particular fondness for the purest darkest chocolate I can find.
It won't be long before you're stocking up on every Rufus dvd you can find. If you suffer from true Rufusitus you'll then start buying 2nd and even sometimes 3rd versions of dvd's just because they have certain extras or deleted scenes or it's an extended version. It seems to come to us all eventually.
Have fun catching up on all the threads there's loads of interesting stuff on here.
