Welcome to the RT Amalia You are in one of my favourite parts of the world. I see your favourite so far is Taming of the Shrew. We have this in common. I recomend Charles 2 to you for another outstanding performance if you haven't seen it yet. Even in the UK it can be difficult tracking down Rufus movies in the shops. Particularly the older ones. Do you get Amazon? I have bought alot of my dvd's from Amazon.co.uk and Play.com I expect you have an equivalent in Greece. It's a shame if the only Rufus movies you get on tv are LOZ and Arabian Nights (not my favourites!). Did you also know that Rufus did a series of audio books of James Bond (and a few other audios besides). I expect you have seen that that already in the work of thread. If you have read everything on the RT you must have been around for a very long time . I haven't quite managed everything yet but it's quite nice when an old thread gets resurfaced and you see something old but new to you.

Hello nell!I never get bored saying how happy I am to be here, chat and read about Rufus! It's so nice to "meet" another Rufus girl! The reason I first noticed him was that sort of crazy eye, that I can't see anymore, and yep...it bothers me.But,I can't stop loving him! Generally,I am that kind of girl.I believe that defects makes us perfect and special! ;D Taming of the shrew is my favorite, because as I already said,I got the feeling that Rufus enjoyed it as much as we did and HE LOVES BEING FUNNY! ;D I know he asks for it,but he should demand it! I watched Charles and if I manage to forget the...hair,it was one of his best performances. What is extraordinary about him is that he can be everything.A punk,a gentleman,a freak,a suit guy,a crazy guy,an old guy(still hot with grey hair )!!! Amazon is a good source but not so easy to use here, but when you want something so badly you find a way to get to it! ;D LOZ and Arabian Nights aren't my favorite either, but it's the end of the season and they show whatever they find first in their "rich" collection. After all, both are digesting movies and what they care for are the ratings.Fortunately,I don't watch much tv.Only when I want to see something special. Oooh,I know about the audio books, but I would like to actually SEE him playing Bond.Even my dad,who always has something to say about people I love(he can't stand the fact his little girl loves another man ) and is a huge fan of Bond, gave his permission to Rufus to do it!Haha! ;D ;D He's got the looks,he's got the eyes, the voice, the attitude...Why not? As for the old-new posts in threads,well...I think I will spend some time writing in each of them that most appeals to me even if it was created years ago!!!

I'd also like to add a belated welcome to your thread, Amalia! Glad that you've found us - looks like you have settled in quite well already. My first encounter with Rufus was "Tristan & Isolde" on TV some years ago, then I shamefully forgot about him until the Pillars of the Earth came around, prompting me to Google that gorgeous-looking Tom Builder guy. TOTS on youtube finally did the trick for me. There it was, full-fledged Rufusitis! Besides, I'd highly recommend watching Charles II, The Woodlanders, Uncorked, In a Savage Land (or just about anything you can lay your hands on - these are just some of my favourites).
