When I first heard this, a couple of years ago, Rufus shot straight into my head. 'When you walked in, the air went out. All the shadows filled up with doubt.... ................. I don't know who you think you are, but before the night is through, I want to do Bad Things with you'. Jace Everett. I think it screams of that brooding, dangerous, visceral attraction which showed up in a lot of Rufus' early portfolio photos. I didn't know, until today, that the song was used as the theme for something called 'True Blood' . (Yes, I know. Behind the cart, as usual. I don't watch much T.V. Just Gardening, and Rufus ).  Well, actually, now that I think about it, it's more Jacob who comes to mind than Rufus himself. Did someone do an EH vid on youtube with that song? Somehow I feel like I've seen one. I love that with all the romantic, beautiful songs out there I could have thought of, I end up thinking of a song that comes on the radio every five minutes

"Winter Winds" by Mumford & Sons keeps reminding me of Rufus, whatever the reason. Maybe it's just the first line - "As the winter winds litter London with lonely hearts, the warmth in your eyes swept me into your arms". Guess whose eyes I'm thinking of every time I hear that song.

Well, I don't know if this song IS Rufus, but it definitely makes me think of him! (It's kinda sexy, I hope that's okay!)
