, I can't believe they have Dirty Something for sale! Now I'm about to reveal something about Clive. I just can't keep quiet any longer. Clive is Harry Potter's natural father. You see, he took Lilly on a tour of the house too. Men! It is shocking I know, but I have it from a very reliable source.

Adina, you are my new hero! Thanks for finding and posting the link. I watched this just now and it was great, so very well done. The story was entertaining and the acting first rate. The screen cap makes Clive look kind of dorky, but in reality, he was adorable.

Aww, thank you. Maybe I should use my initial in the style of heros. Yay, the first thing Larry did when he entered the freshly painted room was to draw a big A on the wall. Umm, but that circle-A is the symbol for anarchy, oops, the letter is not free. It is wonderful how a twenty years old TV thingy can pop up as a lovely surprise! I just saw Rufus in Hercules, and I was full of the usual "more more more!" excitement - oh, watching Dirtysomething was great fun! YES! I enjoyed it very very much! Tom Stoppard had one of his characters, Henslowe, tell the recipe of sure success: "You see? Comedy. Love and a bit with a dog, that's what they [the audience] like." Well, I liked Dirtysomething! And they credited Sniff - who played Leggit - among the names of the actors. Yes, yes, Rufus was adorable. I loved the scene after the party when Dog was mocking Clive, "Don't touch! Fragile!" (In the other Screen Two episode, The Last Romantics, Rufus had a fantastic mocking moment. It was the scene when Costain intruded the room and didn't let Leavis teach Tulloch. He rubbed his hands together like Leavis - Ian Holm's reaction was great, too! Ah! Oh, and I love mocking Frank in the gallery scene of Martha Meet Frank, Daniel and Laurence! Rufus's some-single-man-interested-in-arts voice is hilarious.) End of associations. P.S. This film is a gem!

Now I'm about to reveal something about Clive. I just can't keep quiet any longer. Clive is Harry Potter's natural father. LOLOL . Of course he is. It is very obvious if you look closely, although he must have been an early starter. All that magic I suppose. I had downloaded this from You Tube and the quality of the picture was poor. I have reservations about this film. I don't think I would have watched this if Rufus had not been in it ( Yeah, yeah, how many other films have I said that about??) Grubby Girl meets dirty Boy at a hippy festival(?)and goes to live with him in a crummy filthy squat where they are joined by his dishonest scrounger layabout Father (?) Girl gets job , supporting the increasingly dirty men. She meets handsome clever clean sweet young man. She chooses the yob. No Way! I suppose it was well acted because I felt Dog had to be walking with lice and fleas, in fact I almost could smell him. I'm still feeling the need to scratch. I could not understand how she could get into bed with him. Uurghh! I resented his Dad(?) for them. This is another case, like Isolde, where the girl must be blind or stupid. Rachel Weisz was very young and beautiful and so was Rufus, stealing every scene he was in, as usual. he looked so tall, something which he is but sometimes doesn't appear to be. .. and Thin I wanted to cuddle him and give him a good meal

Ah, but Frannie, you're forgetting that the nice, clean boy was married. Have to admit it's a quirky little film but I enjoyed it. I do think though it is definitely a period piece.

Ah, but Frannie, you're forgetting that the nice, clean boy was married. Ah Rachel! You must know by now that I completely disregard anything I disagree with.
