Just found this and thought I'd share it here - isn't the logic unbeatable? ;D
· Chocolate is made from cocoa beans. · Beans are vegetables. · Sugar is made from sugar beets. These are vegetables too. So chocolate is a vegetable. · One step farther: chocolate bars contain milk, so chocolate bars are good for your health. · Raisins, cherries, orange zest and strawberries covered in chocolate count as fruit, so eat as much as you want to.
· Chocolate helps battle stress. Remember: "STRESSED" read backwards is "DESSERTS".
· If your hands get sticky with melted chocolate, you are eating too slowly.
· Problem: How to transport a bar of chocolate home from the supermarket when it's very warm outside and your car's temperature equals that of a Finnish sauna?
Answer: Eat the chocolate in the supermarket's parking lot.
· Losing weight easily: eat chocolate prior to all meals. This will minimize your appetite and will lead to a reduced ingestion of food. Make sure that you eat equal quantities of white and dark chocolate to keep your body balanced.
· Chocolate contains antioxidants that prevent you from aging fast, i.e. chocolate makes you younger.

And I knew you all loved me . But I am a bit on the dark side of the variety, so I am not everyone's favorite! Dark choc without much sugar is very good for the health indeed. The sugar itself is not bad either, but we tend to use it to exceed, which could cause problems. Some studies put chocolate next to wine for its antioxidant ingredients and benefits for the health. The biggest contributor to this is the cocoa powder and butter, not so much the sugar and the milk. But as with every food, chocolate brings a sense of pleasure and/or happiness, so it could become addictive. It also could cause allergic reactions. Use with caution!

But I am a bit on the dark side of the variety, so I am not everyone's favorite! Well, I know that a certain Mr. Sewell prefers the dark stuff
