I'm so sorry to hear the terrible results. (Unfortunately, the last miner has now been reported to have died also.) My prayers will go out to the families.

I appreciate the thoughts and sympathy you all have sent.
I would like to pay tribute to the teams who fought against all odds to try to save them.
The Fire Brigade , South Wales police , the mining associations ,caving and diving associations who, I quote, "Struggled in the dark against inky-black water filled with coal dust, earth and debris."
Thanks to these incredibly brave men.
