Rumantic, I only just found your message, I do know what you are going through, I lost both my adult daughters, one last year and the other 4 years ago. I came across a message site like this one but specifically for this particular purpose. It is a branch of The Compassionate Friends and the board is called Silent Grief. I don't have the email address because I saved the site in my favourites, but if you google it you will find it. They are mostly women on there and very caring and supportive as they have all suffered the same loss. Do try them, they will help you tremendously I'm sure. Although it doesn't seem like it right now, the pain and suffering will slowly ease.

Thank you so much. I will be sure to check the site out. I think the hardest thing right now is just the waiting. We haven't heard any more, but we know through the grapevine that the case is still being investigated. The autopsy results have been out for almost a month, and the prosecutor's office sealed it, so none of us are allowed to know what it says. Right now we are just taking it day by day, and hoping that nothing bad comes tomorrow.
I am sorry for the loss of your daughters...I'm not sure that I could deal with that.
Know also that this board is also full of caring and compassionate, funny wonderful women. You'll like it here!

Rumantic, I want to tell you that in the last few weeks you have been in my thoughts and prayers, wanting to know how things are with you but not wanting to intrude.

To lose a child of any age would be unbearable beyond belief.
Two I cannot begin to comprehend.

Unfortunately, I really don't have any news...still waiting for something to happen. No one is really telling us anything, and the only way we get information is second or third hand.
I know that they were supposed to to a special spinal test that can help determine if a baby was shaken. We just recently heard through the grapevine that the test was in and that the prosecutor was sending it off for a "second opinion" which to my mind can only mean that the test didn't prove my son's guilt (!!) like he wanted it to, so he's sending the results off to get a report that he likes better.
We also hear through the grapevine that they will arrest Brian "any day now", but they've been saying that for 3 1/2 months, so that doesn't mean a whole lot to me.
Anyway, I appreciate everyone still keeping me and mine in your thoughts....and I hope that all the positive thought and prayers will finally convince the powers that be that they are making a terrible mistake and we can get on with our lives.
