Oooh, they are lovely - thanks, uke!
When he hugs, he hugs, doesn't he?
Oh, but the UB's back...is that a good or bad sign, d'you think?

Oooh, they are lovely - thanks, uke! When he hugs, he hugs, doesn't he? Oh, but the UB's back...is that a good or bad sign, d'you think? I think it's a sign of laziness. But it's wonderful to see it back. Something about his "uni professor" look just makes me want to hug him as well. Someone mentioned to me today that Rufus is a big lovable lap dog and completely incapable of hiding it no matter what the role. I found it an interesting observation.

I didnt see much of the big lovable lapdog in Agamemnon! Truly envious of anyone on the receiving end of one of those hugs!

I didnt see much of the big lovable lapdog in Agamemnon! Truly envious of anyone on the receiving end of one of those hugs! Or at least three other movies that come to mind.... On to the more important hug situation. I'm just plain jealous!! (Bottom lip pooches out!) Any of you seriously lucky gals care to send the rest of us a Ruf Hug by proxy??? I ain't too proud! :-*Oh, and don't you just love the grey in his curls

I didnt see much of the big lovable lapdog in Agamemnon! I mentioned this to the person who'd said he was a big lovable lap dog and their response was... he was fine until he cried about his daughter....

Sure he did but, even then, I don't think he graduated into lovable lap dogness - more Rotweiller really. I am sure that some Rotweillers are really lovable too some of the time.

Even with the facial fungus he sure looks good in these pics. The college professor look is, well, heavenly, & my favorite for him.
Rufus does have a loveableness that seems to be just under the surface at all times. Not sure about the lap dog part though....that kind of insinuates an over eagerness to please, doesn't it? I think Rufus is pretty much his own man. Thanks for the nice photos Uke. I likes them!
