Guesses, please!

I'm going to the Secret Policeman's Ball tonight at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. Their facebook just posted this photo of a surprise/secret guest.

Looks like Dominic West or Rufus to me (but then, my focus may limited) but why would either one be a surprise guest?



ETA: It actually said it's a "special guest star", not a suprise guest. So it might just be someone already on the bill. Like Peter Serafinowicz...

Have fun, Uke! To me, it definitely looks like him, but I still can't completely tell for sure. The hair, the ears, the build...I'd love to know who it is if it turns out NOT to be him! If only we could get a better look at this mysterious man's hands!

Walking down my road.
In my house.
It is a sign of further degeneration into full blown Rufusitis.
I personally have progressed a level further.
I talk to him and he isn't there.
