Hi! My name is Lucía. I'm from Argentina and I first saw Rufus when "The Illusionist" came out and I fell in love He is such a wonderful actor and, frankly, browsing through his works was simply irresistible. I was delighted to see him in "Parade's End" and I hope I have the chance, some day, despite the distance, to watch him perform in a play . Should that play be written by Stoppard, that'd be Eden itself! Well, hello all and I'm overjoyed to be here! Lu.

Welcome to The Rooftop, Lucia! As you can see, I've given you your own thread and moved your post over - otherwise people might have missed your arrival! Glad you decided to join us - is The Illusionist your favourite of Rufus's work, or is that something else? We'd love to know what you've seen - there'll be plenty of recommendations for new things to see, believe me! ;D Enjoy looking around, and please ask if you have any queries. Welcome again! GE2

Welcome! Aww, Crown Prince Leopold was great! I especially like his scene here, "It's all a trick. It's an illusion." Umm, in one of the Parade's End interviews Tom Stoppard said that he was working on a play for BBC Radio. Audio Rufus wouldn't be bad either. Half-Eden? Have fun on the Rooftop!

Hi Luminarium! Just to prove what an international group we are ... I'm from Texas, but I'm typing this on board a cruise ship sitting in the harbor in Skagway, Alaska. Today I crossed briefly into Canada as well. If you love Rufus Sewell, you'll fit right in around here. . Welcome!

What a happy note to begin my weekend on -- welcoming another Rufus fan. We need more voices from South America. It makes me happy to know Rufus' talent and gorgeousness are appreciated the world over. Can't wait to get to know you better. Anglophile

Hello and welcome to the Rooftop! I'm sure you'll love it here, this is an extraordinary bunch of lovely, helpful ladies from all over the world.
There's a lot to discover in the Rufus universe if you aren't familiar with most of his works anyway. What are your favourites beside "The Illusionist"?
