Ooh, VERY nice - thank you! (That tea party story reminds me of the time my Mum and I stayed up very late to see the results, for the two constituencies in my area, of a General Election. Mum suddenly asked if I was hungry, because she was, and we ended up eating bacon and eggs......at 2.30 in the morning! )

Thanks LTM for the article and pictures from The Telegraph magazine. What a tea party, pure nostalgia.

That's a sweet memory, GE2! I wonder if there's any chance of photos of the tea party surfacing?!

Thank you, LTM! What a great article! I wonder what songs were on Roof's playlist? I grew up playing old 1930s and 40s sheet music that my father had played when he took piano lessons.

Ah, nice interview (even with the bits copied from older ones!) - thanks.
I love the bit where he says: “The only reason I do this job is for myself. I don’t do it for other people." Good for you, Rufus!

Great article and great interview! Thank you ladies! I love your memory, GE2! Your mum sounds a little bit like my mum You all are so lucky to have seen 'Restless'. My stupid cable provider doesn't provide Sundance It provides other random channels that I thought only existed via satellite providers, but not Sundance. *Sigh* First Hotel Noir, now Restless. My TV is seriously against me in my quest to watch all new things Rufusy. My poor dad got so excited for me when he saw a short advert for Restless (on one of those random channels). I wasn't paying attention and he pointed at the TV saying "Look! Rufus! Meg, look! Rufus!" (thinking I'd be overjoyed, which I WOULD have been if we had the flipping channel). Then he saw 'on Sundance' (which he knows we don't have) and his face fell just like mine! Oh well, I don't mind waiting for the DVD. Has anyone heard when that might be released?
