Last night on BBC , the trailer for Restless gave the date of showing as 27th December .

Oh I am SO jealous. Yes, we US Rooftoppers had Restless first, but we have to put up a gazillion ads AND we have to wait a whole week between episodes. You may have had to wait but your experience will be much, much better.
For myself, can't wait for the DVD to come out.

Just reading this Rai made my realise I need to read the book again and perhaps again and again ;D I did read it earlier in the year, but cannot remember there being a Department Store, never mind what happened in it! It must be my age or hormones or both!

Echo what kygal said, part two of Restless was excellent if a bit Rufus-light. On the plus side, they did add a scene that wasn't in the books that featured him.
I can see though why they used Michael Gambon as the older Lucas. I can't see Hayley Atwell being aged sufficiently well to play Sally. It would have been a bit jarring to have Rufus playing against Charlotte Rampling.
Y'all are going to love Restless.

Did anyone see Saturdays' (15th) Telegraph? The magazine had an article about Restless, with a few photos that I have not seen on this thread. I will try to scan it in later today. ( Rufus Sewell and Hayley Atwell hosting an English Tea party on set in the small hours of the morning!!  |

Thanks for the tip off Lindragon. I have someone raking through the bin for that Telegraph magazine as I type ;D I'm looking forward to that extra scene. Despite having read the book, I'm loving that our ladies reviews don't give too much away. Thank you all for that  I wonder if we'll get some TV / radio interviews next weekend for Restless? I'll keep my eyes and ears peeled. |

Thanks for posting LTM. I will get my copy next weekend. The tea party sounds great! But shock horror, the Telegraph got the date wrong it states Restless is on BBC 26 and 27 December  The couple of nice new pics made up for it though. |
