Oh Nell, lovely pics, and he (and you) looks so happy! That must be one hell of a good experience - one to cherish. I had the luck to meet one of my favourite musicians last week, and got a hug and a pic and was over the moon - but meeting Rufus would be even better. Right, no daydreaming anymore for me today.

Yes, he does sing...of sorts....maybe he can sing, maybe he can't, but it's still difficult to say!! As for the high notes....nooooo....lol ;D

Well I am snowed in today...no work...dangerous on the hills!!

Sooooo thought I'd just give you a quick report from Tuesday 15th.

I travelled into London with a non-RT friend and we went to the National Gallery. Wonderful. On our next trip we will do the National Portrait Gallery hopefully. Ran out of time. Went off for lunch at Soho Joe's.

In the evening we attended 'Old Times' - my second visit. I am hoping to see the Kate/Anna switch at some point!! The play was excellent, and it was very interesting to see the subtle changes that had been made to the performance.

It was a packed house as was Saturday's performance and the feedback afterwards was buzzing..

Lovely to see the other RT ladies who attended.

I was lucky enough to see Rufus briefly after the play outside (with the rest of the crowd).

Now I don't know why it is...perhaps I have 'Official Photographer' stamped on my forehead, but people kept handing me their cameras and asking me to take pics for them (and then send via email)....well by about the 5th one (on someone's iphone) I was getting rather embarassed.

I mumbled something about 'Why me?' and Rufus joked that it was my job for the night. So thanks Rufus for putting me at ease.

I did have a bit of a minor panic on the way home. The SD card that I was using in my camera was damaged. I took photos, reviewed them OK, then after I had switched the camera off and then back on again it said...'No Image'.

Tested it on tube home and at my friend's house - still came up with same fault!! I thought I'd lost all the pictures and would let people down. I was still up at 1am trying to retrieve the images. Thank goodness I was able to.

LOL...no, not at all Walt. There are people out there much better suited to that. It's just odd though, 'cause it's happened before at other non-rufus outings.

Maybe people just look at me and think I should be behind a camera and NOT in front of one!!! Fair point really... ;D

Don't laugh, I even got to film a short video at college once!! I say 'got' as the camera was placed in my hand and everyone else walked away....charming!!
