;D I was just kidding, we're all always very happy to get Rufus news, no matter the source. I deleted my thread.
By the way, are they just going to set up a cot for Rufus to sleep at the BBC offices this week? ;D

! Rufus is clearly promoting the play with all his might! - Now hopefully the other guests will give him some opportunity to speak - looks like this will be a highly political discussion!

I don't usually watch this programme (politics on a Sunday morning? No thank you!) but last time Rufus was on, for Zen, the interview was just with him - now whether that was because it was pre-recorded (or maybe the others were), I don't know. (Sadly, it won't be Andrew Marr interviewing him, if it is live, as he suffered a stroke earlier this week and is receiving treatment in hospital. He asked some very good, serious questions last time, so I hope his substitute will be as good.) Oh, and thanks to PGG for the news!

Poor Andrew Marr - I hope he'll be alright.
As for the time: it's UK 09.00 AM, CET 10.00 (AM).

My, our Rufus was handsome this morning! Summary: ~ he wasn't aware lady Antonia Fraser (Pinter's widow) was in the audience last night until afterwards, although the cast had been to her home during rehearsals ~ he doesn't want to do dark and brooding, he wants to do "blond and bubbly" (joke!) ~ after a clip of PR, "it's all about the eyebrows!" ~ delighted there was a packed house for the first preview ~ after finished Rock 'n' Roll, was raring to do another great part on the stage, but nothing happned. (Let's hope this time it does!) (Had a bit of a DVD disaster, though. I'm sure others have got it! )

Oh yes, he did look good, even Mr Anyother commented on that (he was having a lie in and then suddenly decided to come and watch with me, surprise, surprise). He also looked very relaxed. I would have loved some more interview time, and Andrew Marr's replacement just didn't 'do' it for me, but apart from that a lovely way to start the day with! Addition to GE2's list: in reference to the gap in stage work he also said he didn't like doing more of the same of something he was good at, but instead preferred doing something different/new (not the exact words, but something like that). And he said about Old Times that it would run for 12 weeks and after that, who knows. My dvd recorder did record it, but it's a bit difficult to transfer it to my computer, so if anyone else volunteers, that would be great. If not, consider my recording as a backup plan .

, he did look really good and relaxed - I recorded it over livestream - and must cut it yet. Except of a little cross the quality is ok.
