RIP Michael Winner

I have just read that film director Michael Winner has died.
Michael has done all lot of things in his life but for me he will be remembered for directing the very young Rufus and his present leading lady, Lia Wiliams in 'Dirty Weekend'.

That's the one where Lia batters stalker Rufus to death with a claw hammer.

I saw this on last nights news. They showed Michael at work on a film set. It wasn't until I spotted Lia Williams at the bar in a red dress I realised it was the Dirty Weekend set.

This article says he directed more than 30 movies. Despite this I'll remember him for his role in the commercial "Calm down dear! It's only a commercial"
