Choose our new default avatar

After several attempts, I've finally worked out how to raise a new poll! Grrrr!

Anyway, I don't like the creepy alien baby Proboards has given us as the default avatar, so I've been playing around with a photo-editor and have come up with three alternatives.

Which one shall we have as The Rooftop's default? Vote now!


Choice #1 - the Proboards default:



Choice #2 - Rufus#1 - the one I've already applied temporarily:

Choice #4 - Rufus #3

I will vote for #1 as well. It's anonymous enough to be "generic" but still be obviously Rufus. Good work!

I voted for the first Rufus. And I am happy that creepy avatar has already vanished, the Rooftop looks friendly again! I like the order you chose, GE2, now this is a fun poll and not an emergency meeting.

(I use Firefox and I couldn't see the poll at all and I didn't have any extra options in the reply box. I had to come here through Internet Explorer to be able to vote.)

Really fabulous job, GE2! I like the first Rufus, very understated and calming (you might even say it's zen ). But I hope at some point you'll find another use for Red Hot Rufus (#3).

Thank you! Red Hot Rufus didn't seem as red when I initially made that one, though! (I think Rufus #1 looks better at the correct avatar size, so maybe #3 would, too?)

Must admit, I thought most people would like #2 best....

I wonder? We don't have all that many active participants, but there are a few regulars who haven't voted yet - only a few hours left, so vote now if you haven't yet!

I was very interested by your comments GE2 and ...sympathetic.

When I write my fan fiction I always choose a song to go with it. After *&* number of stories I wondered if anyone took any notice of the songs and decided to take advantage of Fan Fiction.net 's Poll thread to find out. I posted my poll on 1st June.
