I hesitate to say I have news of a "new" project as it looks like this has been in development for a couple of years. It's a 3D animation so something a bit new for Rufus. It states Rufus Sewell and Gillian Anderson are attached........
I love the artwork and it says for boys and girls age 6 and above so we all should fit into that category
BILLY AND THE GOBLIN REVOLUTION
When bandits from another dimension kidnap his father, ten-year-old Billy joins forces with the annoying girl next door to rescue him from the tyrannical ruler of a strange, waterless world. A 3D animation adventure aimed at boys and girls of 6 and above, Billy and the Goblin Revolution is a triumphant and enchanting tale of good versus evil.
AMY RICKER – WRITER/PRODUCER
Inspired by a short story written by her then eight-year-old son, this is Amy Ricker’s first screenplay since completing an MA in screenwriting at Westminster University. In 2011 Finite Films won the best project prize at the 3D Film Mart in Liege for Billy and the Goblin Revolution. Rufus Sewell and Gillian Anderson are attached.
FERNANDO JUAREZ – ILLUSTRATOR & ART DIRECTOR
Fernando is currently Art Supervisor at Lion Animation Studio. Responsible for all designs required for animation, Fernando worked on the award winning animation Planet 51, Lions most successful feature to date.

I've been saying for ages that he should do voice-overs for animations (seriously, you'd have thought someone would have picked up on that before now, wouldn't you?
