But Jacob is protected even better by his trusty bodyguard Rachel... ...who is certified as a powerful enough shield to withstand an explosion. (Hope I'm getting the gist of this game--great idea to start a new one, Adina!)

Rachel may withstand an explosion, but Kate withstands Petruchio - and that´s much more difficult!

(Yes, you are, Rueful. But your picture plays a different game - hide and seek - or only with me and the others can see it? Well, it couldn't fool me, so I managed to see it. "Rachel, Rachel, are you okay?" "I'm okay...But Miss Bonatelli isn't." Rachel is a tough girl and she had witty lines! ) ( Aww, Kate's loveful description of Petruchio: "Big. Eccentric. Overwhelming. He talks too much. Hits people...when they get in his way." She was cute when she was saying these.) Umm, yes, Petruchio was an overwhelming guy, but John Murdoch in Dark City defeated the Strangers. His mental power was literally overwhelming.

John Murdoch had overwhelming mental powers, but I prefer the physical powers of Charles II.

Charles was an imposingly regal figure, but I didn't like his wigs - Marke was the better-looking king in my eyes.

But at least Charles didn't have Woody Woodpecker as a co-star!!

Okay, let's talk about Leo Gregory. His Simon was a brave, young man in the background, who had a moving dying scene. The perfect "pawn" to borrow from Marke. And that impudent chess piece decided to have an own opinion instead of doing his duty in Parker's game!! A Rufus fangirl doesn't like this sort of disobedient behavior, Leo. <pouts> Give him back to Marke, Parker.

Aurelio Zen was a much more likeable policeman than Parker. Although both are oh so handsome.

Aurelio in the books wasn't very nice sometimes, though.

Giles was as lovely in the book as he was in the movie.

His demise wasn't as spectacular as Armand's, you must admit!

Count Adhemar was the better-looking baddie by far!

But your picture plays a different game - hide and seek - or only with me and the others can see it? Well, it couldn't fool me, so I managed to see it. It was playing a game with me, as well. Now you see it, now you don't! Glad Midoro got the gist of it anyway. If you are searching for good looking baddies, no one beats this guy:

In terms of horrible gory deaths, no one beats poor Paul, though. (And he was a nice guy, too.)

Agamemnon may be a good looking baddie, but I prefer one without beard: Parker is the best!
