"Nemesis"?  Isn't that a teeny tiny bit too big word for a Wodehouse character? Rory has such a helpful personality, and he just likes setting things straight... I would rather call him Honest Big Mouth. Oh, no...you are not giving Rory enough credit for his evil genius.  I feel quite certain that he was a member of a vital department during the war, where he learned to give out the wrong information to the enemy and honed his radio and television tuning skills.
