What workout dvds are you using? I've lost some weight with addressing some food allergies, etc., but need to start working out. (Of course, I always recognize these things long after the fact. ) I get so bored doing the same thing over and over. What do you recommend?

It's not exactly what you're looking for ... but when we put our old TV in front of our exercise bike, along with a DVD player, I started to use the thing regularly That way, Rufus could be your personal coach. Sorry I'm not saying anything more useful. I have some Pilates DVDs but have never used them

I don't use a workout vid. I just get on the treadmill with music and go. Figure if I sweat I am doing well. I do this 4 times a week at home. When the weather is good I prefer to power walk outside. My friends have joined Zumba classes at the gym and enjoy it. If its hard to get motivated, you might consider a class.

Hope you are enjoy getting fit Kitty. I was given the Miranda Hart exercise DVD 'Maracattack' for Christmas and it's still in the cellophane :De I even got myself some maracas to get the full exercise experience! One day I'll get around to it - I'm just waiting for a time when I know I will have the house to myself so I can enjoy it to the max

Thanks, Lassie. I'm not familiar with Miranda Hart, but I'll check it out. And don't worry about any on-lookers....we need to ignore them and just do our thing!
