Kate e Rufus Sewell, actor, they played together in Hamlet movie, shooted on the early 1996. It seems they have had a brief affair some months later: "I needed 3 months to understand that we were only friends" she says. They continued to be friends indeed, that's so true that Rufus even attended the Kate's wedding with Threapleton.

This is a very old thread (it was on the fourteenth page!), but I think it might be fun to see that now there is a "The Sea" connection as well.



I wanted to play in the Games and I went after a certain pic and I bumped into this group photo with a caption - so the event is not a mystery anymore: Cannes Film Festival, 1997.
This is a good who-is-who pic, isn't it? Someone must have run a lot with a butterfly net in Cannes to collect them. I can count nine co-stars of Rufus. The guy on the left is Charlie Creed-Miles, who will be the little brother six years later. And Natascha McElhone is standing almost behind Rufus. Hah! Kate Beckinsale, Catherine McCormack, Rachel Weisz, Kate Winslet, James Frain, Rupert Graves, Jude Law - he is pulling an "actor face", well, in general they don't seem to enjoy this posing thing. ( ) It was called "Upcoming British Actors Photocall".
