British comedian STEPHEN FRY has a unique way of losing weight - by listening to JAMES BOND books on tape. The Wilde star admits the superspy has helped him shed the pounds, thanks to the dulcit tones of fellow Brit Rufus Sewell, who voices the audiobooks.
He says, "There's no great secret - it's a question of eating less. That, and going for a brisk walk every day listening to Rufus Sewell reading the James Bond audiobooks on my headset. "The Bond books are read at just the right pace to to help me walk faster."

I wouldn't count on it. I think Mr Fry "shops around the corner" to steal a phrase from TOTS. I've always adored this quote -

"He's a beast, Rufus, an absolute beast! He gives off pheromones like abattoirs give off excrements. It is quite extraordinary! You have to nail some people down when Rufus walks into a room ."

You're absolutely right he shops around the corner. So did Oscar Wilde and he married. I bet he enjoyed tea as well as the odd opium pipe. Probably audiobooks too, had they been around in the 19th century. Sounds like the perfect partner to me

Hey, that's what I do!!!! But I dont think I have had Mr Fry's success with the weight loss. Perhaps it is the lattes I get as I go in the building to work??? With Rufus on my Palm (pda) what more can a girl want?
