Hi everyone & thank you for letting me join this forum
My name is Nicola but my username is ElizaDay as that's what I use on Twitter. I'm 45 years old, married & I live in Kent, England. I am ashamed to admit that I am a newbie Rufus fan even though I was vaguely aware of him as an actor over the years! Then I watched Victoria and ...I'm completely smitten lol! I had never seen any of his films or TV series before so I've spent the past few weeks binge watching everything I can. So far my favourites are Zen, Cold Comfort Farm, the Eleventh Hour, All Things to All Men, Man in the High Castle & Downloading Nancy. Not only is Mr Sewell gorgeous to look at but he is also a fantastically talented actor I am looking forward to seeing Rufus in Art at The Old Vic in January.

Welcome on board! I like your nickname, and I can totally relate to your falling-in-love-with-Rufus story. For me, it was "The Pillars of the Earth" that did the trick and had me chasing as many Rufus DVDs as I could find, discovering a whole lot of great films and, above all, Rufus's extraordinary talent, charm and versatility.
Have fun around here!

Welcome on the RT, Elizaday!
I first became aware of Rufus by watching Middlemarch, but I'd also recommend The Woodlanders and In a Savage Land.

Thank you so much everyone! 😊 I watched The Illusionist today & thought that was a lovely film. Of course, Rufus was the best bit 😄

Welcome to the RT Elizaday! It was Eleventh Hour for me and several of the US ladies. I have enjoyed Rufus in everything he has been in. I agree with the recommendations. For some light fun I would add Uncorked and Taming of the Shrew. ENJOY!
