Saw an alert on FB, so googled a bit, and obviously there´s a new Netflix series in production, a thriller called Jigsaw, including Rufus: The streamer has ordered a thriller called Jigsaw to series, tracking the planning an execution of a massive heist from decades before to a year after it happens. Giancarlo Esposito, Paz Vega and Rufus Sewell head the cast for the eight-episode drama, created by Eric Garcia. Jigsaw will tell its story in nonlinear fashion...
Sewell ... plays Roger Salas, a thief turned security expert.
It’s loosely inspired by the real-life story where $70 billion in bonds went missing in downtown Manhattan during Hurricane Sandy. Rufus Sewell as Roger Salas: A former thief who has reinvented himself as a top tier security expert, Roger is a salesman with an uncanny ability to manipulate people to his ends. Loyal, to a point, but his own ambitions and needs will win out every time.
