This has to be the nuttiest yet: someone on the IMDB Rufus messageboard thinks that in The Illusionist, he looks like.....Ken Watanabe? My favorite is Stewie. In fact if Rufus had straight hair or Stewie had curly hair there would be a bigger resembalance. I like it. Mm...maybe around the eyes.....  |

Haha! I commented on the Stewie comparison at imdb. I mentioned Rufus' voice kind of sounds like him, when he's cussing at the audience on Illuminata. But looks? Noooooo.
Poor Rufus!! He's so unique looking to me....I just don't get all the confusion that people have! (although I do agree with the young McShane comparisons!)

There was another name given on IMDB a few weeks ago that I hadn't heard of, and when I looked him up on IMDB there actually was a resemblance! Or maybe I just need new glasses..... Added:Found it! Or do I need that optician's appointment? ;D And was it one of our number who suggested on IMDB that Rufus looks just like a little-known actor from the 1920s, Seth Starkadder? |

Oh, I forgot to mention.....see my avatar? I use it on Live Journal sometimes, and someone asked me if it was Stewart Townsend (or is it Stuart?). Once again, someone he doesn't look like.

I'm familiar with this actor and there is really no resemblance to Rufus. He's smaller and has blondish brown hair. He has a very soft voice. |
