Fedja can act a little, not a lot. Good thing he's cute Well, if you want Rufus, they should just take the current production and hop on over to NL after NY instead of having to learn a whole new language... They could do a proper world tour, that would fab!

Well... at the moment I'm quite busy translating the play into Dutch : ) Wonderful! I wish we could find an Italian translation for dreamer. I'm a big Stoppard fan myself but I guess if you've been lurking you realize that Uke and I pretty regularly go off on a little love-fest over Tom Stoppard. Rufus and Stoppard are two sides of the same coin. Stoppard is a complex, intelligent, colourful playwright and Rufus performs him with intense nuance and wit. It's a match made in heaven. This is something that is one of Rufus' greatest gifts. At the risk of boring you to tears, I'll once more say that I spent most of RnR with my chin in my hand, a stupid smile on my face and string of drool hanging from my bottom lip. I still have trouble believing that an actor can bring such nuance and complexity to the stage. But what you mention here is the hallmark of Rufus as an actor. I have no doubt that when his character leaves the stage or the screen they continue to live and breath and go on with their lives. He continues to amaze me more with each passing role. I'm very anxious to see how Jan has evolved in the last year. I can't wait for RnR to arrive in NY.

Wonderful! I wish we could find an Italian translation for dreamer. Will be fantastic! Is it really possible? Right from the beginning I was touched by real human beings on stage, not 'actors' acting. So if this cast is going to Broadway, enjoy their chemistry. This is something that is one of Rufus' greatest gifts. I have no doubt that when his character leaves the stage or the screen they continue to live and breath and go on with their lives. And this is the thing that made me a Rufus devoted fan.
