I added a chat room to the forum which you can find by clicking on the little chat icon on the top of the screen (to the right of "log out") or by clicking here: rufussewell.proboards59.com/index.cgi?action=chatThe chat is only open to members. I believe you don't need an account, you just type in your username and that should work. Could anyone please test it for me? Thanks!

Good idea - now all I need is for someone else to be on the board in my time zone!!!

Nice chat room! We should have a chat time, or a time when we could try to be there somehow lol. That would be fun!

I can get into the chat room, but I can't seem to communicate. What am I doing wrong Uke? (I saw you there too) The help ion didn't open when I clicked either.

Okay through trial and error, I finally figured out where to type my msgs. and how to make them appear! Maybe the rest of you are familiar with chat rooms already, but this was new to me. Now, I just need someone to chat with!

Every time I click Chat (or the link) I get a box that says I need to download and install Java virtual machine. I click download and it does its thing. Then, suddenly I get redirected to Windows Help for Vista (which I am *not* using) that tells me I need to go to Java.com to download Java Virtual machine (Whew!!).
...But didn't I just do that when I clicked on the first box???
I don't see Java stuff in the list when I go to Internet Options Advanced tab (which I should see if I have Java).
Could someone please tell me what the problem might be? I'm starting to get even more incoherent trying to describe this...
