First her step son that she is fighting over all that money with dies, then late last year her 20-something year old son dies mysteriously, and now she's dead! I think her "companion" Mr. Stern needs to be taken in and questioned! He was there for at least 2 of these deaths!

Yes, that's right. She died yesterday (aged only 39 years!) after a collapse en route to a hospital in Miami. That says the German Wikipedia page anyway.

Anna Nicole Smith was from Mexia, a little town about 146 miles South of me. I can understand how desperately she must have wanted to get out of Mexia as a young woman. Unfortunately she became famous for being cartoonish & ended life as pathetic fodder for bad jokes. It is sad.
