At the suggestion of several people I've omitted choices from Tristan + Isolde and The Taming of the Shrew as we have clips from each of those. Well, despite nominating the Charles/James one, I've voted for the sending Buckingham to the tower crossness, because the look of absolute mute fury on Rufus's face is the crossest I've ever seen him.
He really is VERY scary when he's acting angry - I'd hate to be on the receiving end if that's how he gets in real life!

Even though I mentioned the Adhemar scene........I agree that the Charles/Buckingham scene shows Rufus WAY more cross than any of the other ones!

Do tell.... ;D Okay, I've praised this scene in the past myself. You gals have convinced me to vote for it also. I do like the Carrington scene too though, he played it so angry he was almost crying. |

I'd like to be on the receiving end of that fury I bet Charles II was very accomplished at making up after a damn good row, simply going on what we know about his passionate nature. Look at his relationship with Barbara Villiers. There's something very empowering about taking someone to the absolute edge......and then bringing them back again in the best way possible. I think that's why she held on to him for so long. |

I was thinking of favorite "Rufus in a bathing suit scene" or favorite "Rufus with no clothes..." um, I guess that could include Charlie, but if Charlie wins this one he's automatically excepted from the next few polls.
Don't worry uke. We'll get to them because I'm excluding anything already chosen from the polls otherwise everything would be from TOTS or T+I.
We can do something from the 90's but I think we need a narrower catagory or we'll still be trying to get list together next year at this time. ;D
