Okay, I changed my mind - A Man of No Importance is not really a wooing scene - so I am pulling it. How about The Honeset Courtesan, singing up to her from the water while being interrupted and taunted by Oliver Platt.

Sorry, Tinker, I wasn't having a go at you - I was just looking for an excuse to suggest that scene from Illuminata ;D!!
And I love that scene from HC, too - in fact the only thing I don't like about HC are the clothes....

Oh No! I didn't think you were - I was mixing up the wooing with the kissing and that was more kissing. Some of these can overlap. He needs to practice more of both so we can differentiate.

Oh, well, if we're including the non-romantic type of wooing, how about the head-under-the-skirt scene from Illuminata?  um, some might say that's one of the most romantic things you can do for your sweetie. Some of us might think that is a little forward for wooing, if the person is a stranger!  |

Where does your avatar come from maxx? My avatar is a Canadian actor named Eric McCormack playing a character called Clay Mosby in one of the Lonesome Dove incarnations back in the mid 90's. He was an interesting and very complex character for television. Here is a larger version:  Eric is a nice man. He got wealthy playing Will Truman, but it didn't do much for his career. Still his wife and son will be set for life so I guess that's worth something. |
