My name is Kate (Cath). I'm from Poland. I have liked Rufus for . . . one month, since I saw "Tristan and Isolde". I haven't seen a lot of Rufus' films and I don' know a lot about him, but I want catch up. I'm sorry for mistakes .

Welcome Kate! I think Rufus first came to the attention of several of our members in Tristan & Isolde. He was so good in that role. Please feel comfortable posting here. Your English is just fine. If you go to our sister site at www.roofsewell.com, you will find a complete history of Rufus' work, a fantastic photo gallery, film clips, down-loadable audios and more. Enjoy!

A welcome from me, too, Kate! (Herrmannka will be pleased there's someone else from Poland here)
We're very happy to have another Rufus fan join our gang - after you've looked at roofsewell.com, please come back and tell us what you think of Rufus's other work.

Hello Kate, welcome here! My favourite movies I was able to see in Italy are "The Taming of the Shrew", "Dangerous Beauty (The honest courtesan)", "Tristan & Isolde", "Dark City". "Martha Meet Frank, Daniel and Laurence" and "Cold Comfort Farm" are funny movies and I yearn to see "Charles II", I think I'd love it. Hope you could find them.

Welcome, Kate. Good to have you with us! If you like comedies, "Shakespeare Retold" is great - Rufus is in "Taming of the Shrew" in that (it has a selection of Shakespeare plays told in a modern version and Rufus is in Taming of the Shrew)......I laughed until I cried when I saw it.........

Hi Cath,
Welcome from me as too! I'm new to the site as well. What a treat. Everyone has been commenting on Tristan and Isolde, I haven't seen it yet but it's on my list. I've downloaded some of the audio clips frpm this site and put them on my I-pod; they're great listening. This is a wonderful site and it's nice to know that there are so many fans.
