Heat magazine have a spotted section which quotes

No picture unfortunately

Does anyone know anything about it, large crowd sounds a bit strange.

No idea what that was all about, but if these magazines are paying people to keep a look out for celebs, I wish they'd arm them with cameras!!! ;D
