Rufus was brilliant, as usual, in tonight's episode of "Eleventh Hour". He showed a wide range of emotion, and when "Dr. Hood" spoke about when his wife died, I thought he might cry. At the beginning of the show, he confronted a suspect who claimed to be doing God's work. The suspect was taken to a church and shown the error of his ways. Roof as "Dr. Hood" appeared to be a man of faith himself. As a Christian, I appreciate Roof not portraying us as a bunch of buffoons and not making us the butt of a joke as many shows do these days. I'm sure the writers had something to do with it, too, and I just want to say thanks.

It was a re-run? I don't remember seeing it before and I've watched "Eleventh Hour" every week since it's premier here in the states. If it was a re-run, it was possibly due to today being a holiday, but I know not every country celebrates Thanksgiving. Anywho, it was my first time seeing it. Is the scheduling different in Canada, maybe? I sometimes wish "Dr. Hood" was real. Intelligent, honest men with integrity and a moral compass appeal to me, especially if they look like Roof!

anniebanani, it was actually the premier episode, Which was shown in the USA the first week of October. I thought the best part of the show was his scene with the father, explaining how we are not just DNA but a sum of our experiences . It was so riveting, I almost cried. I really like his sensitive, brilliant but quirky character. I so hope they keep the show for next year. I'm glad you got the chance to watch this episode and liked it. Next weeks looks really interesting. Jocks dying from the bends but not near any water. "Intriguing" as Dr Hood would say.

I can't believe it was a re-run. Why don't I remember it? Could be the tremendous stress I've been under the last four months has zapped my memory. Oh well. I enjoyed it just the same. My previous comment stands. I wish "Dr. Hood" was real. Roof is totally believable.

OK, I'll take your word for it. I just wonder about my brain sometimes. Don't feel too bad about it being a rerun. Any time we can watch Roof do what he does best is a good time, yes? I can't tell you how many times I've looked at all the pictures on here. lol Does Roof get to Florida much, I wonder?

I believe they ran the program again due to the Thanksgiving holiday. not too many people watch TV although CBS won the night handily, again. I don't think they wanted to run a new episode because not too many people are watching tv.
