There have been quite a few over the years that nothing, just nothing, would stop me from watching.
For starters:
M*A*S*H*- just about the only show I can remember where major cast changes didn't detract from the brilliance of the show. Harry Morgan was equally as great as McLean Stevenson (boy, did I sob when he was killed off), as was Mike Farrell compared to Wayne Rogers, as was David Ogden Stiers compared to Larry Linville. The standard of writing and acting didn't decline over the years. either, unlike some long-running shows.
Soap - so delightfully nutty, and ground-breaking for its day
Twin Peaks - quite the weirdest thing I'd ever seen, but somehow it worked. David Lynch was genius!
Hill Street Blues - the first show to go out on a limb with its story-lines, not afraid to NOT have a happy ending. Mick Belker was my favourite character - the episode where his pet mouse was killed by Renko(?) thumping his breast pocket (where said mouse was residing) and then the funeral in the toilet had me howling with laughter.
I'm sure there's more....let me just think.....

barney miller - great comedy, outstanding cast, and the police stories were better than on most hour-long series of today
the golden girls - funniest series ever made, imho
three's company - not the most subtle comedy, but had enough good moments to keep us watching
seinfeld - wickedly funny every week - and gave us unforgettable lines forever - how many times had you been accused of double-dipping before that series existed?

I still watch Frasier and Seinfeld. Frasier had a great ensemble cast, David Hyde Pierce was sp funny his timeing was superb. I loved trying to guess the "guest" voices in the beginning of each show as well as the guest stars. Anthony LaPaglia was hysterical Daphne's brother. And who could resist Eddie?

I have Twin Peaks on my Netflix...I need to watch it soon. I saw the movie many years ago, but never the series.
My favorite old old classic show is The Twilight Zone!

I love most of the series you all mentioned, especially MASH, Frasier, and Seinfeld. Other sitcoms I still love include Dick Van Dyke, Mary Tyler Moore, the Cosby Show, and Family Ties. Some of the specific situations might be dated, but most of the human observations are still spot on.
