Now i know i'm up against a bit of stiff competition, i mean why would anyone want to go and read my fanfic when there are all those lovely new pictures of Rufus (and his belly) to gaze at, but i did want to let you know that i've just posted the second chapter of Crossfire. The first chapter was entitled "Jacob", the second one "Rachel". www.fanfiction.net/s/5919469/1/CrossfireThis link takes you to the first chapter. To get to the second, just click on the box in the right hand corner that says "Jacob" and it will give you a link to the "Rachel" chapter to click on - i'm sure you clever girls can work it out!!! It's cloudy here tonight so i'm hoping to actually get some sleep - although now i've got poor Jacob in Geneva to worry about.
Rachel's putting pen to paper and it's not going to make him happy when he gets the letter!

You guys!!!!! Unfortunately if i'd been head writer for the series there would be a pitifully small amount of science! I can do romance and sex and conflict and hanging out with your girlfriends, but i'm not too hot on the science (although maybe i could have delegated that job to some little geeky boy on my staff!!!) Sorry girls, i feel like i've left poor Jacob & Rachel in limbo, but the next instalment is a couple of days off!!! I'm a bit flat out with school treasury stuff at the moment but meeting is tonight (mmm, looking forward to some  - 'issues' have blown up around changing of the school uniform in a way that only 'issues' can blow up in a PTA - get over yourself people!!! I have more important things to worry about than school uniforms - like Rufus, and story writing, and games. I'm a busy woman you know!!!) Anyhow, will hopefully have next story up soon!!! |

Survived the meeting - i work on the theory that as long as you make everyone laugh, arguments are minimised!!!
Am planning to dream about Jacob tonight and get up tomorrow and break the back of this story! (what laundry, what vacuuming, what dishes???) ;D
