After seeing that recent pic , still hard to tell if he is a good guy or a bad guy. I guess it depends on if the other five guys around him are good or bad. Still very curious about this small but significant role!

That picture may show Rufus' character being arrested, but if he is truly THE crimminal they are hunting, only the end of the film will tell. I've questioned if it might be him because we're certainly led to wonder from the picture of him surveilling Jolie where he looks suspiciously non-chalant. But if you ask me, Rufus Sewell being the baddie in the end is painfully too obvious! Please, no. So I don't buy it (have we learned nothing from the Illusionist? hee, hee) I'm hoping Ruf's is just the fall guy, and the real dude gets away scott free. It's more interesting and more realistic as evil does sometimes win in the end. Here's my take on the other possiblilities:
It's Frank!: Only a genius rogue crimminal would hide in "plain sight" by playing the guy who interpol are led to at first think is the target, then he convinces them he's just a hapless shmuck. See, did this "Frank" fellow ever really exist? One can manufacture false backgrounds. It's Jolie's character!: That is one dedicated criminal to change sexes...I just feel sorry for Frank...it would not be fun to find out you've been tricked into sleeping with a former dude, but then again she's so hot he may not care...either way cue the theme to "The Crying Game"
It's Paul Bettany's character!: File it under the lead inspector, the least suspected being the culprit. And Paul is very good at playing a sneaky, conniving type when he wants to, as he's definitely perfected the killer snarky grin. I know you've seen a version of it already in A Knight's Tale.
It's Timothy Dalton's character!: Um, no.
If in the end it turns out to be Ruf's character, it would serve him right to get caught if his idea of incognito is picking an incredibly handsome face!

HaHa Rufluvr. I saw a long trailer on tv last pm. Did not see Rufus in it, but things moved quickly. I got the impression the other guys were bad in what I saw...but who knows. They seem to be presenting this as having many twists, so we may not know til the end whats happening. I know Rufus is bored with playing the baddie, but I am sure he will continue if the role is interesting enough. I am just tired of him playing the guy who dies.

Was wondering if anyone knows how i could get my hands on tickets for the london prem? I've searched for this and drawn a blank Maz. I don't think we're getting one. There's something else on the Tuesday before the release date at Leicester Square's Odeon (that's when I'm told it would have been had it been at the Odeon)
