Just found what looks to be the official website for it - not much on there yet, but maybe worth keeping an eye on? www.gk-films.com

Great find GE2!
What a lovely looking website & gorgeous picture of Venice!
And i wonder how small Rufus's role really is (i almost typed part then, but didn't think it sounded qute right!!!). He's 4th on the cast list behind Jolie, Depp & Bettany but ahead of Dalton and Berkoff so he must have a few scenes at least you'd think. Although none of the secondary characters have names yet!

Thanks GE2
My biggest obsession after Rufus is probably Venice. Could be all my Christmas's coming at once here ! (although no news of Rufus filming in Venice so perhaps his character dies in Rome - boo sucks !)

[ . Although none of the secondary characters have names yet![/quote] I am wary of films that are being written as they are being filmed

That is a valid concern, Francesca. However, they have such a good director and producer that it would be surprising if the film turned out any less than wonderful. The Lives of Others was a good film, well directed, and for me, The Departed was really one of the best films I have seen in years, which, considering it was not of my most favorite genres, is saying a lot. (My most favorite genre being a Rufus featured period piece with lots of intrigue and even more romance!! )

Oh, pretty good spacing here--TPOTE in July, The Tourist in Feb, Zen next summer (for the US). At least it won't be such a long wait between material.

Hahaha, no, Martin doesn't work because i know plenty of Aussie men named Martin. But the only men i know named Nigel are english!!! (plus he's already been Martin!!!) That'd be right. She makes fun of my suntan and then steals my name. You shouldn't mess with me nell - i'm very dangerous!!!

No, sorry, he can't possibly be a Nigel - I've known several and they've all been prats!! I think he's a Michael. Or Ben. Or Sam.
There are zillions of mentions of The Tourist around right now, and some of them seem to think the film might be out for Christmas. Here's hoping!
(Thanks for the date, Numbat!)

Has he played an Alistair or a Trev or a Hugh yet?

Please not Trev! That was my last boss's name and he was a merciless tw**t!

Hahaha, maybe this is why he doesn't have a name!!!
I'm not saying i like Nigel, just that it's the quintissential english name (in that people from other countries tend not to be called that!!!)
Martin, Michael, Ben, Sam, Alistair, Trevor, Hugh - i know Aussie blokes with all of those names.
How about Crispin or Cuthbert? LOL!!!
