As the Zen DVD is only on pro-order in UK, I'm quite sure that it will be broadcasted in advance there ;D ( e. g. TPOTE DVDs are available in Germany exactly the next day after the final episode will be on air). And that means unfortunately it will take some time until we can see it in Germany....

Thanks for finding the article, GE2! "He may well land on his feet. But he hurts his feet when he lands." He's so funny!

I don't think this isn't anything we haven't seen but it's just all Rufus. Is it my imagination or does the music sound kind of like TPOTE?

Wichi, it's the one Nicole made from the compilation clip the BBC put out a few weeks ago (on the "BBC drama preview - first glimpse of Zen!" thread in News). Nice to see again of course! And again and again and again..... Just found this snippet: Christmas is not the season for brutal murder and new crime series on TV, apart from the cosy Agatha Christie staples of Marple and Poirot. So I'm looking in the crystal ball to see what's new on the crystal box in January instead.
The New Year will kick off with one major new detective onscreen – the BBC's Aurelio Zen, played by Rufus Sewell.networkedblogs.com/aIKeL 2011, hurry up and arrive!!!

Thanks for the update GE2. I thought they were going to be screened next month ? Oh well January isn't too far off. As long as it's early January and doesn't run in to February. If it does I won't see the 2nd and 3rd ones until March. I beg to differ about Christmas not being a time for brutal murder. Some of the Christmas's I've had would have been a perfect time ! ;D

Some of the Christmas's I've had would have been a perfect time ! ;D Maybe that's why they don't show murder on TV at Christmas - they don't want to give people ideas about what they could do to Aunty Doris and her fruit mince pies!!!

Kygal,
Hate, hate, hate to say this, but I've been haunting the PBS website. Now they haven't posted the Masterpiece Mystery schedule for 2011 yet, but based on last year it looks like we won't get Zen until May.

Is it my imagination or does the music sound kind of like TPOTE? Wichi, yes you're right. It's Pillars-music which I layed under the video.

Wichi, no I wasn't the one who posted it on imdb.com. Very funny that someone else did this for just this little short glimpse of him. Can't wait for longer ones!
