I fear you might be right, wichi ... Friday's Hollywood Reporter reports on the latest additions to the cast but does not mention Rufus any more Cinéma France still has him, but I wonder how accurate they are ...

Maybe IMDB took it off because there hadn't been any confirmation yet? I mean, Rufus told Rai that he might be doing it, and in the absence of any positive denial, there's still hope....isn't there? Mind you, if he is in it, we have a looooooong wait: While filming is set to get started near the end of 2011, don’t expect to see this one until late 2013, at the earliest.
The reason for that is the film’s shooting schedule, which comprises of 20 weeks of pre-production, eight weeks of principal photography and a whopping 72 weeks of post-production wegotthiscovered.com/movies/prison-break/

Of course we won't give up hoping until we know for sure. It does look a little suspicious, though ...

I always thought it strange they never mentioned which part he may play like they did the others. Maybe it was because it wasnt confirmed. I like to think its a surprise role. Holding out hope its GOD!

Yea, just hope he sticks around throughout the movie to keep offering 'encouragement' where the rebellion is concerned.

Who knows how long we'll have to wait to see this one on the big screen? The Empire Online article said:
Proyas is gearing up to start shooting the predominately performance-captured film this coming January in Australia.

Thanks for posting the confirmation, Judy! I was beginning to wonder if he'd decided against doing this after all. Who knows how long we'll have to wait to see this one on the big screen? I think other articles have been saying well into 2013 before it hits the screens - with over 70 weeks of CGI'ing!
